Iphone X DOA on the release date And feel sad with at&t customer service
I pre order the iphone X on the pre order day around 3Am in the morning. And got the package on the release data but the Iphone X was DOA. I went to the local att store for a replacement on the next day to been told they can't do that since it was ordered online. I have to go through their ecom. I contact their online support and was able to get a return label for a replacement. During these 2 weeks I contacted at&t few times regarding to my return. ALL I been told was once the return center got the package they will send me the replacement alone with the Glass screen protector I put on that DOA iphone X. 2 weeks later they didn't send me the replacement instead they just refunded me. I've been a loyal at&t customer for almost 10 years. Even tho my current work place has bad at&t signal I still stick with at&t. But right now all I can feel is they dont care their loyal customers. Always give the best deal to the new customers. And when there is something happened they just don't seems care enough to help you and keep charging you with the high monthly bill each month. I've been having sad experience with at&t this year. I really hope they can show some love to their loyal customers instead of making them leave . I probably is going to make switch after this year.
