inviting members to my plan
We still cannot add my daughter to the multi-plan account. This has been going on since May. Really thinking of going back to Verizon due to all the frustrations involved with switching carriers! Very Frustrated!

Does she have a multiline eligible plan? She must have an eligible plan first before she can join.

I told a live represented what I wanted in May and he said it was all taken care of.
How would I find out if she has an eligible plan?
