International toll free dropped

Currently living in Mexico with an ATT cell coverage Unlimited & More Premium Plan with Mexico International package plan. I have been trying to call toll free numbers from Mexico to USA and the toll free calls get dropped. Or the toll free operator indicates "That I will be charged international rates." If the toll calls goes through.

Can you provide me with the ATT policy for blocking toll free numbers from Mexico to the US?

Can you provide me with an explanation on why toll free calling from Mexico to USA would incur international charges with my current ATT cell package (Unlimited & More Premium Plan with Mexico International package)?

you would need to call At&t to confirm.

You do realize that ATT states they can cancel your service if more than 40% of your service is used roaming in a month. Your plan is not made for what you are using for it.

That may explain some of what you are seeing.

Those 800 numbers are toll free in the United States only. Whatever business you are trying to contact you will have to look up their long-distance number and pay for the call

Read section 4.5 of the terms of service, you are limited in how much off Network usage before AT&T may terminate your service
