International Day Pass
Do you need to add international day pass every time you leave the country or will it auto start when you are out of the country? When I tried to add to my line, it said it is not available for that device. I have used it in the past, is that why I am getting that message?

You do not need to re-add day pass unless you previously removed it. If you didn’t remove, it’s still on your line and probably explains that response.

Another reason you might get that message is you're trying to add it to a device that's not eligible for international day pass. At this time only phones are eligible. Or you are no longer a postpaid service member. Prepaid does not use international day pass
