Installment plan make me crazy.
I had iPhone 6s Plus with att installment plan,was next 12/20.It has been finished on 2017.But I tried to upgrade online or att store.They said I only have trade in upgrade option,and they reps always said will eligible to upgrade next bill. For what,this phone paid off already,why I have to trade it back to att.

Any account that owes a balance, or at any time during service, was suspended for non-payment might not be able to upgrade with a new AT&T Next or AT&T Next Every Year installment plan.

I PAID OFF ON 2017,0 BALANCE,BUT MY INSTALLMENT STILL ACTIVE........NOBODY CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM.
