Incoming Call Records

Why do the online call logs only show "outgoing" calls. I need a record that shows both "incoming" and "outgoing" calls. How do we get a record that shows both incoming and outgoing calls?

All calls should be on your call logs. It’s possible that incoming calls are incorrectly labeled as outgoing but all calls should be there. If you believe calls are miss or that they are mislabeled, you need to call.
