I bought 2 items from the ATT store
I brought 2 items at your store so I could lower my bill, they with both Christmas Gifts, the ear piece was just fine but the FRE lifeproof box was wrong, I tryed to return the FRE and was told only 14 days this was $80.00 , this was Christmas gift. I am very upset and they were no help. I know that I had to make up the $80.00 but they wouldn't even consider this since the 14 days were up. Work with your custmores and they will be happy . I even went to another store to see if they had a Otter Box heavy duty that would fit the phone. No they didnot so I ended going to WalMart and finding one. Had another experiance with my phone was doing crazy Oh! you need to go to the Mac Store didn't even tell me where these stores were, plus they could have fixed it, I am seriously thinking about changeing companys. I have been a custmor with celll service since 1994 and long distance abut 50yrs,

Popular device accessories can be very high demand, especially during this time of year, which is why you may have had some trouble finding the exact case you wanted. Returns within the 14 days can be subject to a restocking fee if the initial cost is over $200 but will reimburse the cost of the accessory or device. You can view our Return Policy for complete details on the 14 day return and more.
You can contact the manufacturer directly to see if they would be able to issue a refund. This will be up to the manufacturer of the accessory and could help with returning that case.

Well ATT you mess up again. Little did I know that I could return this Christmas gift. By the 2rd of January, I came in on the 3rd and the manager was great did I mention this was the third store I went to about 10 miles from my house. They exchanged this and I made up the differance in other items. Plus it could have been exchanged at the other stores. Your employees need to get to get it together at the first store I visited, this was so wrong. The last store made my experience with ATT a very happy one. I realize the restocking but what happned to me was so very wrong. Plus you wanted me to send it back to the manufacturer are you crazy. But I must remember you are a Big Company and I am just one customer who had a hard time trying to make things, right. Your store on Pacos and Flamingo in Las Vegas is the greatest and the manager give the okay to exchange this item.

I appreciate the feedback you provided, as it helps us to better our customer service experience. There was a Holiday promotion extending returns for devices or accessories purchased from the 25th of November through January 2nd, 2017. I apologize when you bought the accessories, they did not notify you of the policy.
