How do I turn off call blocking.

We understand the importance of staying connected. Try deactivating Call Forwarding on your device if your calls are going straight to voicemail by following these instructions.

1. Dial #21# .
2. Push the Call , Send , Talk , or Receiver icon.
3. Your wireless device displays a confirmation message when Call Forwarding deactivates.

If you have enabled the Call blocking feature in your phone settings, try the steps below to turn off. 

1. Tap Settings on your main homepage. On your home screen, tap the Settings icon to access your device settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Phone. Scroll down and tap Phone to navigate to your phone call settings.
3. Next, tap Call Blocking & Identification. ...
4. In the top right corner, tap Edit. then turn off Call blocking

You can also manage your call blocking feature by logging into your myAT&T account and following these steps:

1. Login to your AT&T account and select the home phone at the top of the page.
2. Select manage features.
3. Call Filtering Section>Call Blocking.
4. Select On or Off to set up Call Blocking.
