How do I stream HBO Go as an AT&T Unlimited customer?

Hello, I have two wireless AT&T Unlimited phone accounts, and have been successfully streaming HBO Go (using the old DirecTV Now connection) for at least a year. Today, I attempted to set up a new streaming player (a Roku Premiere + unit, like all my others) on a new TV, and when I went to "activate" HBO GO streaming, found that apparently DirecTV Now doesn't exist anymore. I have no idea how to activate HBO GO successfully. My regular TV service (out here in the rural mountain sticks) is Dish Network; HBO GO is the only channel I access through AT&T, and I can find no usable instructions for doing this. (I attempted selecting "AT&T TV" from the provider list in lieu of the no-longer-present "DirecTV Now" option, but this only got me an error message.)

I can't see any way to contact AT&T directly right now for instructions, so would appreciate any step-by-step instructions anyone can provide for making this work.

Good afternoon @violinja,

Thank you for reaching out! We'd be happy to look further into this.

Just to verify, are you still able to stream HBO GO on your other devices? Also, what is the error code or message you're receiving?

Hi, Kristin. As per my original post, I'm not getting an error message. I simply get to the point in the activation process where I *USED* to select "DirecTV Now" as my provider, and where I assume I *NOW* need to select "AT&T TV Now." But it simply isn't in the list. To repeat and clarity, neither "DirecTV Now" nor "AT&T TV Now" is in the list of providers I am given to select from. Is there some different "provider" I am supposed to select now in order to activate?

Again, this is using a Roku (Premiere +) streaming device connected to a television set. I don't watch tv on my computer or phone, so have no idea if I'm able to connect on those devices.
