 I called  AT&T support about a concern my neighbors tree is threatening AT&T phone lines.

His trees have LITERALLY been falling down due to neglect within this year.

So, they send a tech onsite. He just says, "we do not trim trees".

And I asked TWICE, so you will wait until the tree falls and tears out the lines and THEN you will fix it??

 I was BLOWN away! I would think AT&T would take corrective action to prevent this.

Nope, no way. So when it DOES fall, my land line and DSL will be down. And no guarentee when I will get them back.

 Sounds like a very bad way to handle this situation to me.

I cancelled my service with AT&T over a year ago and recently got a bill for the service that was cancelled. After talking to 3 different supposedly supervisors I left a compliant with the BBB. I got a call back for the Atlanta president office from a secretary and she was as rude as could be. She offered no help and pretty much told me to get lost. This is the second time I have dealt with this woman for different issues. Bottom line they don’t value you the customer and just want to screw you over. Please got to Verizon or someone else that appreciates the business.
