how do I get a separate plan off my app

Me and my husband separated and we called and asked to have separate bills. Well that worked but on the app we still see each others plans . We want to have our own separate apps as well. How do we make this happen so we don't see each others personal information.

It doesn't sound like your bills have been separated. I transfer of billing responsibility should have been done for one of you who was not the account owner of the previous account. Whoever has to set up a new account has to choose from the currently available plans and pass a credit check. So for example if your husband was the account owner on the previous plan his name would have appeared on the bill. As the spouse you would have had select from the currently offered plans and created your own account passing a credit check in the process. Does any of this sound familiar?

If it doesn't, I would suspect perhaps they have created a sub account which means the accounts are still linked.
