We want to help stop your ActiveArmor app from blocking contact numbers JoeBearfieldand!

We found a bug in the app that may randomly block contacts for both iOS and Android customers. A fix will be made as an app update sometime in January. In the meantime, we recommend going to:

  1. The AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app and tap Calls.
  2. Scroll to Network call preferences.
  3. In Network Call Preferences, go to Unknown Callers and select Send to Voicemail.
  4. When prompted to Upload Contacts, tap okay. You'll get a prompt that Contacts are uploading.

Also, set your Spam Risk calls to Flag or Send to Voicemail instead of Block. Learn how to use the AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app to manage spam and nuisance calls from telemarketers and more.

If this doesn't help, let us know and we'll invite you to private to verify your app's settings!

Let us know if this helps! Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

Im still experiencing the same issue. .My son's phone number changed and now all of his calls go directly to voicemail. I check active armor call log and his contact picture has a red circle around it. It does not say it is blocked but it is.
