How can I stop a number from calling all the numbers on our account?

Blocking a number can only be done from each phone, not from your account. Tell your son to block that number. The capability to block numbers for all lines on your account from your account requires subscribing to ATT Secure Family.

As well, you can block numbers using our Call Protect app.

1. Open the app and tap Block.
2. Tap My Block List then + or Add.
3. Choose one of the following:
• Enter a number: Type in the number you want to block and tap the block symbol (works for international numbers).
• Select from contacts: Check the box for the contact you want to block and tap the block symbol.
• Select from your Call Protect call log: Check the box for the number you want to block and tap the block symbol.
• iPhone users: You can also go to the Call Log screen, swipe left, and tap Block.

Also, your device has an option to block a number from calling or texting. Please provide us with your device make and model and we can provide further information.
