HBO with the Elite plan
I have Directv service but I do not subscribe to HBO, I have three lines on the Unlimited Elite plan that offers Fee HBO. I have tried everything in the world but I can not figure out how to get the Free HBO. Can someone help me?

How long ago did you get the unlimited elite plan? You are supposed to get either an email or text with a link to verify your number to get your access to the free HBO. If you never received that email or text, you will probably need to call.
