HBO promised to me as owner of ATT unlimited plus plan (wireless), but never delivered
It says multiple places online that my plan includes HBO. Tried calling support before COVID about this, they said my plan doesn't include it. I asked them why it says "HBO included", underneath my plan then. No response, no help. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the HBO service I am paying for with my account? It seems to be a rat race of broken links in the support sections of ATT wireless. Please see attached screenshots that prove my plan should have HBO as a part of it! "Learn how to access HBO" link takes me to a site to buy a new plan (part of the rat race of links). Any help appreciated. I'm feeling scammed by ATT.
