HBO MAX HBO GO access now?
Signed up for HBO Max with new data plan and was told via email I can log on to HBO Go now, but message "cannot verify your account" pops up. Tried logging on all devices with similar or other messages that I cannot log in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We'd be glad to help you redeem your free HBO! If you signed up for the Unlimited Elite plan, you should've received a validation link in an invitation email or AT&T free SMS welcome message.
Click on the link and log into your myAT&T with your credentials. Please follow the prompts to redeem your HBO. Let us know if you need more help.
