FREE HBO Trouble

I just upgraded my wireless package that includes free HBO. But when the system checks my wireless number it shoots back that "We're Sorry, but your number isn't eligible".

  •  What was the wireless package that youi upgraded too?
  • Where made aware ot the requirements to receive free HBO?
