https://www.foia.gov/faq.html

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has provided the public the right to request access to records from any federal agency. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government.

FOIA applies to government agencies.  Since I’m fairly sure I know the basis of your question, I will tell you that your only option would be to inquire to the Dept. of Commerce, not AT&T.  Follow link above for more information.

Publicly traded companies are subject to FOIA request.  Private companies are not.

Hence on how the information on AT&T's the Hemisphere project became known.

Best part of being a Private Detective is bringing the truth out of the trash.

How does a non AT&T employee or subcontractor end a community forum???

That would be a request made through the SEC.

@Bzpsoo

None of us can end this community forum. AT&T created it to allow customers to help each other. There is no indication of this site being shut down.
