First Responder discount

Can the first responder discount be extended to retire police , fire, EMS?

It looks like it applies to retired military but not first responders.

Thanks!

Even though the discount is the same, they are different discounts. Retired military get the military discount. In fact any military veteran gets the military discount.  First responders get the first responder discount. Unfortunately, it appears only active first responders get that discount, not retired personnel.

FIRST RESPONDER OFFER:  Eligibility: Avail. to qualified active employees or volunteers of eligible state, local or private Primary First Responder agencies/entities (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS,  Emergency Management Agencies, and PSAP). Must provide proof of eligibility. Offer available only in select locations/channels. For internet or video credit, address on wireless bill must match address on video and/or internet bill. Customers accepting this offer certify they are permitted to under applicable law. Eligibility is subject to annual recertifications for First Responder offers. Federal agency employees, and employees/volunteers of agencies in MA, are not eligible.

Hi @! Let's address the First Responder Appreciation offer!

As ACE member stated, the program eligibility requires active first responders but we do offer signature programs select companies, AARP members, select schools, union members among others. Please check eligibility on these various options.

We hope this is helpful! Thank you for reaching out to the community!
