FAIR?

I have a line w insurance that i suspended for a wk. I called to restore service was assured the insurance was on the line. The phone needs replaced and because ATT

failed to add insurance on the line I was basically told I am out of luck and that my only option is to upgrade the phone for 349.99 for a mistake done on the ATT side.
