Error Code 43408

I switched to the Unlimited Elite Plan so we could have HBO. I seem to be having the same problem as several others. I cannot get signed on to receive HBO. I get a message that says "Looks like your plan isn't eligible for the HBO benefit." I have tried several of the different solutions I have found in different places on the forums. I get the same answer no matter what I try. Has anyone found a way to solve this yet?
