Empty Unlock Code!
Hi,
I received an email from AT&T relative to unlocking my Galaxy S9 today, but the Unlock Code field was empty.
Device IMEI number: (Edited to remove personal information)
Request number: (Edited to remove personal information)
Could you pls help with that?

We recommend reaching out to the specific relative to resend you the Device Unlock Instructions. If you continue to receive a blank email for the unlock code, feel free to submit a new request using the Device Unlock Portal.
