Email address incorrect

I'm trying to access my At&t account online but I cannot since the representative misspelled my name so they are now sending my user ID to a different email. How can I go about?

First, you'll need to confirm the following:

  • Has your account been open for at least 31 days?
  • Did you complete and create a PIN for your account?

Yes my account has been open for 31 days and I don't really remember creating a pin but I can probably  guess what number I could've used since I always use the same ones
