Email account created years ago, can I still access it with and without service ?

If I am in between phone services, but the email I want to use is my original AT&T email from years ago. It was started with a Go phone account prior to 2015. I lost everything I owned on a house fire including all records of these accounts. I can't remember my passwords but can give email addresses associated and the mobile numbers along with physical address. Can anyone possibly help me??
