Does anyone else have add ons without your permission?

I've been with ATT for over 20 years. It seams every year I find new "add ons" to my bill. Last month someone(not me or from my family) added the $9.99 2tb cloud to one of our lines. I caught it after 5months, called was refunded 3months. Now I see the " Next" feature was added to 2lines I just upgraded because the phones were paid off and both lines said " upgrade available". I did not ask for the " next" add on. I'm really getting mad. I have to go through 7 lines with a fine tooth comb to see if someone is putting add ons without my knowledge.  I suspect the salesman did the "next" and I'm going first thing in the morning!!! Also, I never got my " free" s22 with any trade in on one line. I'm really thinking of spending my $450 somewhere else. This is ridiculous!!!

Since you use Samsung devices, the AT&T premium cloud service would've been offered during device setup as a free trial, if you accepted the free trial and didn't cancel, it would've been added to your monthly bill.

"Next" refers to a retail installment agreement, any phone financed over 36 months is on the "next" installment agreement.

"Next-up" is the early upgrade program, which is an additional $6/month. If you have Next-up, it would've been added at the point of sale for each device, post-sale enrollment is not possible for Next-up.

Did you meet all the requirements to receive the offer? Eligible unlimited plan? Trade in of a galaxy S, note, Z within 30 days?
