I was in the at&t store in olean ny and I was treated absolute horrible i walked into the store to become a new cusyomet when the guy came out to talk to me he asked to.see my photo id i showed him my photo id ahd he looked me staright in the face with a smrik on his face and said what kibd of id is this I explained to him very calmly and respectfully that it wad my photo id abd itvwas thr only photo id I had because my walket was stolen twi weeks ago and he starts laighing at me ahd saying in a very loud voice what do you think we areca charity organization ahd he threw my photo towards my face and it acrully hit the bridge of my nose and upper lip and said we dont take thid type of id why dont ypu go beg to the peopke at the county building for help if ypu need a phone they will accept anyone even if they are poor and I was just standing there with tears running down my face ajd i ran out of the store bawling my eyes out and the while time the manager himself is just standing there laughing at me and when I called to talk to the supervisor he was telling me that he cant help me out and its not his fault that i cant undersatand what a photo id loojs like

A valid state issued photo ID is required. Drivers license, passport, etc
And you must be 18 to sign a postpaid agreement

If he actually threw your phone at you and it made contact (“he threw my photo towards me and….hit the bridge of my nose and upper lip”) that would be considered assault and you should contact law enforcement.
Most likely there are video cameras that can confirm their actions.

FYI the only store in Olean New York is an authorized retailer. It is not owned by AT&T.
