Direct TV disputed bill prevents me expanding my services and buying Products
Went to expand my service and by hotspot HUB> ATT employee at store said I cant buy service expansion or products due to the Direct TV claims over disputed billing effort. (essentially kept billing me after my contract was over after I called and cancelled service) Now after 15 years of customer loyalty the customer service at Direct TV and ATT are telling me on the phone that they are willing to lose me as a custormer over 193.00 dollars. My monthly bill is almost 200.00 dollars.
Climbing in bed with Direct TV over a bill 2 years ago I have refused to pay, due to principle alone, is about to ruin ATT relationship with me, family and friends. I am flabbergasted that ATT is willing to cutoff my autopay $ for a crooked billing practice by Direct TV 2 years ago.
