device does not show up in Secure Family app

One of our cell phone numbers  does not appear in the Secure Family app (paid subscription).

Hello @micknemo.

We'd be happy to help with figuring out why this number isn't showing in your Secure Family App. To point us in the right direction:


  • What type of device isn't showing in the App?
  • Does this device already have the Companion app on it?
  • Were there any errors when attempting to pair this device to the parent device?
