Data usage error message.

Since I opened my account yesterday, I haven’t been able to check my usage because of this error message. 
“A temporary system error keeps us from displaying your usage right now. This type of issue usually lasts only a few minutes but can continue for several hours.”

We know how important it is to keep track of your data usage, @Gt3rsb12 !


It can take 2 to 5 days for data use to post in myAT&T and you may not be able to see usage since your last bill online if you have a new account .

Time stamps for current data may be off by up to 4 hours but are usually updated within every 3 hours. Those reports can sometimes be delayed or unavailable, even though we try to update them as quickly as we can. 

However, you may be able to check your wireless data usage from your mobile device by dialing *3282#.
