We're here to help with launching the safari website, @Huwsummers.

 

 To ensure you have the best experience possible signing in, we recommend that you check to ensure that you're on the latest version of safari website and update it if need be- you can update it by following these steps:

  1. On your computer, open safari.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click Help and then About safari.
  4. Click Update safari.
    • Important: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version.
  5. Click Relaunch.

If you've ensured that you're on the latest version of chrome and you're still experiencing this problem, you can also try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that resolves the problem. Here's how you can do so:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click the menu button ⋮ > More Tools > Clear browsing data.
  3. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear.
  4. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.

If none of the steps above work for you, then you'll need to go ahead and use a different browser . We recommend using one of our supported browsers to ensure that you have the best experience possible.
