Constant Authentication Error on AT&T Thanks/myAT&T App
Every time I try to take advantage of AT&T's current benefits and contests, I get the authentication error, "Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later. Authentication error. CustomerProfile-1000 - No accounts found." I have current services, my login information is correct, I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app... I am unsure what to do at this point, but it's frustrating because I would like to participate in these benefits. I can login to the myAT&T anytime just fine, but when I try to participate, that's when I run into a problem.
