Constant Authentication Error on AT&T Thanks/myAT&T App

Every time I try to take advantage of AT&T's current benefits and contests, I get the authentication error, "Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later. Authentication error. CustomerProfile-1000 - No accounts found." I have current services, my login information is correct, I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app... I am unsure what to do at this point, but it's frustrating because I would like to participate in these benefits. I can login to the myAT&T anytime just fine, but when I try to participate, that's when I run into a problem.

What kind of phone do you have and is the software up to date? Which service plan do you have? Are you able to access your benefits through the browser webpage ( With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.
