Change Plan

I have a my AT&T for business account (wireless) (includes three people).

One of the people included is going overseas for a few years and is not going to be using the phone, but wants to keep the number and the minimum service.

How do I change the plan for this specific person (without changing the other two people's current services)?

I would suggest to Port that person's number out to Google Voice. That won't change the plan but it will reduce the number of lines you are paying for.

Then the person who is leaving the country can get service with a local carrier, and can still keep in touch with those who have his US number using Google Voice
