How dumb is this "ATT Help" is. I specifically said how to change the cell phone PIN number, NOT password and Passcode. She is telling how to change Passcode. This is why I need PIN to leave ATT.

ATT Help has their issues for sure but in this case they gave you exactly what you asked for. The "passcode" and the account pin are the same thing. The account passcode is the "pin" you need to port your number.

Sandblast buddy, you are wrong. After hours on the phone, I finally found out that ATT has three secret codes for each wireless account.
Password: You set it and it is Needed to log into your account.
Passcode: You set it and you can change it in the User Profile page. It is used to verify it is really you when you call in.
PIN: You do not choose it, ATT chooses it given to you when you signed up. Most people probably do not remember it. You need to call the right dept to inquire about it. It is needed to transfer your phone number to another carrier. This is the security to prevent your phone number being stolen.
I am suprised that ATT employee who hang out here does not even know this basic info.

I am not an ATT employee. This secret pin you speak of does not exist on my account. The passcode that you set on your profile page was exactly what my daughter used to port her number to Verizon. There was no secret pin.

In case anyone is reading this March 2022...
Starting October 18, 2021, you’ll have to request a Number Transfer PIN to move your wireless number to another service provider.
https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1447526/
Sandblaster was correct that before 10/18/21 the "passcode" was the code or number used to port numbers. This new Number Transfer PIN replaces the account passcode you had to use before with number transfer requests.
In summary:
Password: You set it and it is what you use to log into your account online.
Passcode: You set it and you can change it in the User Profile page. It is used to verify it is really you when you call in and if you are at an ATT store. (not commonly asked for) It is no longer used for PORT requests as of 10/18/21. Instead you will now use the PIN.
PIN: You do not choose it. ATT assigns a temp one with a 4 day validity to you when specifically requested: via mobile call in to *PORT, myATT app or ATT website request - AT&T employees can’t generate a Number Transfer PIN on behalf of the customer (but they can help you navigate thru the steps to get one) This Transfer PIN is needed to transfer your ATT phone number to another carrier. It expires four days after you request it. If you need a new one, you can ask for another by following the same steps.
