Change New AT&T Plans (2019)

I saw the new AT&T Plans starting with the 2 coming in Nov 3rd.

Suggesting a few changes the plans.

  • AT&T Unlimited Starter: No Change as the lowest tier but still enjoy "unlimited" services.
  • AT&T Unlimited Extra: This should include HBO (later HBO Max) as an included service so that the only changes aren't in the host spot data per line and the data cap before deprioritizing.
  • AT&T Unlimited Elite: Should include AT&T WatchTV service, or whatever the rebranded version will be as WatchTV has done a poor job all around, along with what is stated to be included as the highest tier plan as you are taking a service away from the previous highest tiered plans(Unlimited&More Premium).

Wasn't sure who/how to report these suggestions and be heard, as I have been a long time customer and want the chaos of the merger/plan updates to be handled better.

I'm currently on att premium plan with watch tv, my question is after my service agreement will I still get to keep my current plan with no changes to my watch tv and can I still switch my premium network every year after? I do not wish to drop my current plan and lose watch tv to this new plans, this should apply only for new customers right?

@DaMan89 Yes, typically when ATT changes plans, that has no effect on existing plans. There are still customers on plans from 10 years ago. Your plan should remain unchanged, including having access to Watch TV.

@DaMan89Usually there should be no change to your plan and you're grandfathered into what you have until you make a change or until the carrier decides to stop allowing the plan. These new plans will be new options moving forward(after Nov 3rd) and later on the two older unlimited plans will no longer be offered to new customers and will no longer be an option when changing plans.

@sandblaster @jesset5 thanks very much just wanted to make sure as I use watch tv because I dont pay for separate cable, this plan is the cheapest route I could get that offered networks I watch. I just pay for this and fios and Netflix by mail that's it.
