Can't see events listed in AT&T Thanks Event Access App

Not sure if this is right place to post this but I don't see any better choices for options.

 

Logged into the AT&T Thanks app for the first time today trying to find out what tickets might be available through the Event Access. I was able to log in and see the list of areas, but I couldn't see any of the offers for my local area. It says there are two events and when I click on the city it says "showing all 2 results", but nothing came up on the screen. Logged out, back in, back and forth through the screens, logging back in and out and flipping screens for 10 minutes hoping something would show up, but nothing. 16 minutes later, both offers are gone. How am I supposed to choose an offer if I can't see it? 

 

I took screenshots, but I'm not sure how to upload them here since they aren't hosted anywhere.

I have had the EXACT same thing happen to me today...I received a message indicating "Showing all 2 results".  No results were shown; it was a blank screen.  After waiting for a couple of minutes for something to appear, I hit the back button and retried my steps only to receive an error message indicating "This access code has expired".  What is the purpose of an app that doesn't allow the customer to take advantage of the offers?

Same experience TODAY as I posted on last Friday, "This access code has expired".  No contact or follow-up from AT&T from my inquiry dated June 8, 2018.  Does anyone REALLY have success with this app promotion?

AT&T monitor your forum and remove the AT&T Thanks stuff if it doesn't work!  This is just ridiculous!  I don't even have the option to view an event through the app.  This is pathetic!

Same exact thing happened to me today. I think it may be something faulty with the app. I had issues last week as well. I can see things available but can not access them.  I am curious to know if anyone from the Atlanta area is having any success with this

Today, I actually made it as far as choosing the tickets I wanted. I hit the select button and waited for some sort of confirmation. After waiting for several minutes, I received a message that tickets are no longer available. The instructions indicated that, if the tickets are no longer available, they would not appear. How is it that I was able to choose the tickets and still did not receive them??!! THIS IS A SCAM!

I’m having the same problem week after week. Either I get the white screen with the three dots loading indefinitely or it eventually goes to the screen showing all 2 results but with nothing there. It’s been a waste of my time each week and only making me more frustrated with AT&T.

The only thing I have been able to use successfully is the two ticket Tuesdays for movies and even that can be difficult 😞
