Can't log into account

having trouble logging in to my att app and viewing call log. This is the error message.

It sounds like a technical issue was in the process of being fixed when you initially tried signing in to your myAT&T account.

  • Have you tried signing on the website ?
  • Did you reinstall the application?

Tried reinstalling app still didn't work. Tried accessing att website on phone didn't work. Did work when I tried from my work's computer.
