Cannot check my Rewards

Hello @Iiesybug, we're happy to help with options to manage your rewards card. 

We recommend clearing the cache and cookies in the browser you are using to access the rewards page. Then try and enter the first four digits again. 

In addition, you can also visit our AT&T Rewards page and click on "Access your rewards".

• You can then either enter your claim number and or account number and zip code to access your rewards details.
