Canceling Deceased Relative's Service
Hello,
I need help and cannot get anyone on the phone at this time. My uncle recently passed away and I am in charge of his affairs and I need to cancel his account(s). I have some information as far as an account number, but that is all. Please advise on a number that will actually work or someone to email for further correspondence. Thank you.

Sorry, ATT does not do email support. The number you are likely calling works, just keep trying. Click the contact us link at the bottom of the page for other numbers but they all go to the same automated answering system. There are no published direct to an agent numbers.
