Can I order an accessory on an installment plan?

I am wanting to get an accessory on an installment plan but the item either isn't carried in store, or none of the stores in my area have it in stock. Is there a way to either have it ordered and then purchase it on installment when at the store, or buy it online and get it on installments?

If it and you are eligible for installments.

Watches are.

Earbuds and similar usually must be combined with phone purchase.

If there is no installment option offered online, then the item is not eligible.

Hi @runamoke,

Thank you for reaching out. We're more than happy to help with more info about our installment plans.

Currently, in addition to smartphones, the devices listed below are offered on installment payment plan:

  • QMD/basic phones
  • Tablets
  • Connected watches
  • Mobile Hotspots
  • AT&T Wireless Internet (AWI)
  • Connected cameras

Others like chargers, earphones/buds, cases, etc. are only available at full price due at purchase.

We hope this was helpful and please reach back if you need further assistance.

Absolutely not true whatsoever. I just got airpods pro on installment last week. You guys need to get on the same page and read your own companies website about the topic before you comment some random info that's absolutely wrong. 😂

@runamoke

Yup.  I'm not surprised.

That's Doyin.  He is wrong more often that right, and been going on for months. Needs retraining.

You posted the original question 3 days ago, but say you got airpods "last week".  So why did you ask 3 days ago?

Because I wanted the airpods max but just got these and was gonna do some research to see if I could get those instead and then I was gonna return these before the 14 days. But since airpods max are an online item only, literally everywhere it doesn't look good for me lol

Is there a way to mark his comment as (Edited per community guidelines)? You know, instead of accepted answer?

Unfortunately, they took away our ability to tag posts as needing review.   This one is notorious.   Form is correct, and is correct just often enough to look good. But wrong often enough to burn my biscuits.

Hi @runamoke,

Your feedback is well noted.

You are correct that accessories like the airpods pro can be purchased on an installment. Just that this is only available at the AT&T store and not online, meaning that you may have to wait till it is available.

Also, you can have only one accessory per line and maximum of 2 per account.

For more details, please check this article on purchasing accessories on installment plans.

We hope this was helpful.
