Caller ID on Active Armor Advanced

I've been paying $3.99 for Active Armor Advanced specifically for Caller ID services.   Recently I noticed that Caller ID stopped working and soon after I got a text message saying that Active Armor Advanced was included with my Unlimited Elite plan and I would no longer be charged.  I confirmed this change happened automatically on my wireless line.  It is still listed as the 'Advanced' version, but there is no charge.

Previously you had to pay the $3.99 to get the Caller ID, but the product page for Active Armor doesn't make this comment anymore and seems to align that it should be included with my plan like the text message said.  Can anyone help me understand why the Caller ID is not working now?
