Caller ID issues on wireless Buisiness account
I have a wireless business account with 13 phone lines and 5 iPads on it. All the phone lines come up with my name as the caller ID. I have gone into the account and changed them all in the settings months ago and have verified that they show up there correctly numerous times. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with ATT trying to get this resolved without success. I have even stopped by our local ATT store twice to see if they could help. They too have spend hours on the phone with me there trying to get it resolved. Needless to say I am getting very frustrated and would like a resolution without having to waste more of my time. After looking through other similar posts I can see this is a reoccurring issue. Please don’t recommend how to log into the account to correct it as I see posted to the others who’ve reached out…. I’ve already done that and check it over and over. Please help me get this fixed.
