Call Protect

I recently changed my number and upgraded my iPhone. I installed call protect and when I open it I only have basic. When I press upgrade to plus it tells me I am already subscribed. I hit ok and then a few seconds later a message is displayed “oops we have hit a snag please try again” and I am still subscribed to basic. Nothing I do will make it switch over to plus. I have been paying for plus for over a year and love it. Please tell me how I can get this to show that I have “Plus”. I am being billed for it.

Hi @crnow,

Thank you for reaching out. Let's take a look into this.

There must be a system error responsible for your correct plan not showing the accurate title.

Can you cancel the subscription on 11/06 and re-subscribe on 11/07 to see if the name will display accurately? Also, just to be sure, are you getting all the stated benefits of the Call Protect Plus?

Let us know how it turns out.

I will try that on the 6th. But no I am not getting any benefits of plus. The main thing I use is name caller id and that isn’t working.

Greetings @crnow,

We understand this must be frustrating for you.

We recommend to please go ahead and cancel at the end of this cycle, which is 11/06. When you re-enroll on 11/07, let us know how it goes.

Thank you for choosing AT&T.
