Call protect plus currently unavailable

I've used the Call Protect Plus app for quite awhile but for the last week or more when I try to open the app I get a message saying it's unavailable. I'd upload a picture but I can't seem to do that either. I really haven't had any issues with the app until now and it must still be blocking calls but now I don't have a way to find out. And I don't want to continue paying for something that I can't use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We are happy to look further into that for you.


We recommend deleting the App and reinstalling it.  Also please be sure all of your Apps and your device are up to date and current with software.


If after following the instructions above, you still need assistance, please provide the following information:

  • Make/Model of Device
  • Where you purchased the device from AT&T or a third party retailer?
  • Did you complete the pin verification step after initial launch?
  • Did the problem start after downloading other Apps to your device?
