Call protect never receive pin

Depending on the make and model of your device, try resolving your experience by performing either of the following steps:

 

Android 

1. Open the messaging application.
2. Go to message settings by tapping 3 dots in top right corner.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Blocked Numbers.
5. Review the blocked numbers and remove the shortcode from the list.
6. Have customer close the Call Protect application and retest.

Apple

There are a few places where you can block a phone number or contact with IOS devices.

• Phone: Go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification.
• FaceTime: Go to Settings > FaceTime > Blocked.
• Messages: Go to Settings > Messages > Blocked.

I literally said in my email that this is NOT listed as a blocked address
and I do NOT receive a PIN. what else can I do?

Thanks for letting us know. We recommend disabling the third-party messaging app on your cell phone, then checking to see if you're able to receive the PIN using the default messaging app on your cell phone instead. Hope this helps!
