Call logs up to last 36 months on online account

If you have a traditional landline aka POTS line, there are no call records. Call records are only available for a digital landline and I believe limited to the last 16 months.

Thanks,  On ATT portal and iPhone app, I can only access last 6 months of usage with call details.  ATT store showed my 16 months but my phone doesn't go beyond past 6 months.  Is there a setting in the profile on how many months you can  back?   

Moving back to the wireless forum. I think what you see is all you get without paying for them, but wait for one of the wireless experts to answer.

On the desktop, with a web browser, you can go back 16 months. I logged in right to double-check for you and I can get to end of July 2021 right now.

If you can't find it, once you log in you can go to https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/usagedetails/talk

Chose your line and the billing period.

You can see minutes and time and incoming or outgoing (texting just has time and in/out).

Thanks Gary.  for some reasons I can only go back 6 months so I thought there may be a setting in the profile how many months you can view call logs.
