Blacklisted iPhone

I lost my phone and then found it. I need it to be removed from the black list. I’ve contacted Asurion and att and no one wants to help me. I’ve been getting the run around and can’t get help! It’s my phone and I have pictures on and now I need it because my current phone is cracked and I don’t want to pay for it to get fixed if I have a perfectly good phone already! Help please!

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you were told that your cell phone cannot be removed from the blacklist.

 

Please keep in mind that the only person who can have it removed from the blacklist is the person who originally reported your device as lost/stolen.

 

If your device was blocked, the account owner must contact us to unblock it. Are you the account holder of the AT&T account that's associated with this cell phone?

 

When you say that no one wants to help you when you call AT&T, what were you told exactly?
