Automatically block voice and data every night

How do you turn off voice and data automatically every night at 10 pm and back on at 6 am (just like smart limits)

How do you get regular emails with voice and txt history? (just like smart limits)

Why doesn't any of the AT&T documentation address these questions?  Why doesn't any customer service representative at any store on phone know the answers to these questions?
