ATTHELP, I need help getting the outgoing caller ID on my lines changed to the individual user names.
I have been trying for weeks to get the outgoing caller ID on my lines changed to the individual user names. We provide these phones for our team members, however I do not want their calls going to others saying our company names. Please help me. The online customer service reps don't seem to understand. If my employees cannot use the phones I am going to return them.

Yes. About every week. I have also called the customer service and they have done it on their end. Now the phones register in CNAM database correctly but still display our company name when you dial a number (cell or landline)
