ATTHELP, I need help getting the outgoing caller ID on my lines changed to the individual user names.
I have been trying for weeks to get the outgoing caller ID on my lines changed to the individual user names. We provide these phones for our team members, however I do not want their calls going to others saying our company names. Please help me. The online customer service reps don't seem to understand. If my employees cannot use the phones I am going to return them.
