Att vcloid

I’m trying to access or see if my account had cloud on it . It’s suspended but keeps saying not eligible what’s does that mean

We can help shed some light on the eligibility requirements for AT&T Cloud, @Goddess_of_all_08


Who's eligible?

  • AT&T postpaid
  • Employee/ Retiree accounts.


  • For Dual SIM devices, AT&T Personal Cloud must be added for each line. When added, the price is either $4.99 or $9.99/month, depending on data tier, for each line.
  • Not available for FirstNet FANs (black or orange SIM), or Government accounts.
  • Requires an Android with 5.0+ or an Apple device with iOS 11+ operating on a VOLTE SIM.


  • Outdated and non-HD voice SIM cards (must have 27 in the 9th or 10th position).
  • Other carrier smartphones (required AT&T HD Voice-enabled phones).
  • AT&T Wireless Home Phone (WHP), AT&T Wireless Home Phone and Internet (WHPI), and AT&T Wireless Internet.
  • Feature phones.
