Att tuesday movie offer

I am in a group plan along with 10 of my other friends. and we all have the same username and password for att app and att thanks app. now if one person uses the movie offer the other 9 plp are not eligible r to use it ?

I called customer care and they suggested froup owner to create a new id for individual person. our group owner did it but still all the group memebers see that offer code is not valid any more.

please suggest.
